I have never had a problem with any maintainence workers getting to a repair that is needed, or the quality of their work. The entire staff in the office is friendly and eagar to help. There have been some on going constuction to the grounds and apartments being upgraded,but I feel they are doing a great job getting it done. The parking is sparse at times when guests are visiting, however, the complex is awaiting final approval to expand parking. All the neighbors I have encountered have been very nice, caring, people, and I trust EVERYONE in my building. The grounds are kept spotless, and residents take pride in the area around their apartments. There are monthly crime watch meetings, and the staff never forgets the children at holidays...from Easter Bunny to Santa..I RECCOMEND HIGHLY...One of the best complexes in the area. P.S. The laundry rooms now have New front loading washers and dryers and we are on the laundry card system now..NO MORE QUARTERS!
