THE NEW OWNERS ARE TRYING TO PROVIDE UPSCALE
SERVICE, RENOVATING THE APTS. THEY SHOW YOU A MODEL APARTMENT. IN A MODEL FLOOR. ITS ALL AN ILLUSION, WHEN THEY TOOK ME TO THE APT. I WAS GETTING I ASKED IF IT WAS THE SECT. 8 FLOOR, CAUSE IT WAS DIRTY, SMELLY AND HORRIBLE. YOU SEE DRUG DEALERS, A FEW CONVICTS, LOUD MUSIC AT ALL HOURS, THERE ARE TOO MANY SECT.8 RESIDENTS THAT LIVE IN THE BUILDING, MAKING THE BUILDING BAD { NOW I KNOW WHY ALOT OF LANDLORDS WON'T RENT TO THEM.} CAUSE THEY DONT KEEP THE BUILDING NICE, OR CARE ABOUT THE OTHER RESIDENTS AND ALSO ACT LIKE THEY ARE ROYALTY AND COULD DO WHATEVER THEY WANT BECAUSE THEY ON SECT.8. NOT TO SAY THAT ALL SECT.8 FAMILIES ARE BAD, THERE ARE A COUPLE OF SECT.8 RESIDENTS IN THE BUILDING THAT YOU WOULD NEVER THINK THAT THEY HAVE SECT.8.
BUT SOME OF THESE MOMS LET THEIR CHILDREN PLAY IN THE BUILDING LIKE ITS A PLAYGROUND, THESE KIDS ARE RUDE, FOUL MOUTH, JUST LIKE THEIR MOMS, RIDING THE ELEVATORS, WHICH IS ALWAYS BREAKING DOWN BECAUSE OF THEM, KIDS PLAYING IN THE PARKING LOT, CRASHING THIER BIKES INTO PARKED CARS, MESSING UP THE GYM.
SOME OF THE RESIDENTS ARE JUST PLAIN PIGS, LEAVING THIER GARBAGE IN THE HALLWAYS, INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN THE INCINERATOR.
THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS TRYING TO KEEP THE PLACE IN SHAPE. BUT I BLAME ALOT OF THESE FAMILIES, AND THE OFFICE SECRETARY WHICH SHE IS SARCASTIC, HAS AN ABRASIVE PERSONALITY, AND ALWAYS GOSSIPING.
THE OFFICE SECRETARY IS USELESS SHE DOESNT SCREEN THE RESIDENTS. SHE LETS ANYONE IN.THEY GOT RID OF 2 OTHER OFFICE WORKERS THAT WERE SO WONDERFUL AND SHOWED CONCERNED FOR THE TENANTS. ITS A SHAME THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE AND A GREAT LOSS TO THE COMPANY.
THE APARTMENTS. ARE BEAUTIFUL, THE SERVICE, IF YOU GET IT THROUGH THE PROPERTY MANAGERS, IS VERY GOOD. NOT THE SECRETARY, SHE WILL SAY YES, BUT WONT DO A THING. PARKING IS HARD EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE AN ASSIGNED SPOT. OTHER RESIDENTS ARE PARKING IN YOUR SPOT, AND IF YOU SAY ANYTHING ABOUT, THEY ----- AT YOU LIKE ITS YOUR FAULT THEY HAD TO PARK THERE. THEY SAY ONLY 1 SPOT TO EACH APT. BUT I HAVE SEEN FOUR CARS TO ONE APT. WHICH ISNT FAIR.BUT LIKE I SAID IF YOUR GOOD FRIENDS WITH THE SECRETARY YOU GET SPECIAL TREATMENT.
ON THE WEEKENDS OR AT NIGHT TIME YOU HAVE CARS PARKED BLASTING THIER MUSIC HANGING OUT DRINKING AND SMOKING WEED JUST BEING ROWDY.
THE HIGHWAY RT.18 IS NOT SO NICE, ITS NOISY. BUT AFTER A WHILE YOU MIGHT GET USED TO IT.

THIS IS A GHETTO BUILDING ITS BETTER OFF LIVING IN JERSEY CITY. IF YOU LIKE LIVING IN THE GHETTO THEN YOU WILL CERTAINLY FEEL RIGHT AT HOME, AT RIVERSIDE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT. CANT WAIT FOR LEASE TO END,

NEXT TO BUILDING IS A BEAUTIFUL PARK BY THE RARITAN RIVER ON THE FOURTH OF JULY THE PARKS DEPT. HAVE FIREWORKS, AND OTHER PARTIES WHICH IS GREAT FOR FAMILIES.


BUT WILL MISS PAYING FOR ONLY ELECTRIC BILL ONLY. WHICH IS A PLUS!

What this person said is about 85% right you do have your problems but you also got to look at the area where the build is at that area is not the best area in new brunswick but its ok because once you enter the build there is security guards in the build and i think thats a plus when i first move into the build i fell because someone spilled water on the floor i couldn't get up thank god the security guards was patroling the build they help me to my apt and told my if i need any thing else just give them a call the other apts i was living at the guards could careless about you but not these guards i don't understand why the people in the front office mainly that ugly black lady that shows us our apts and that fat spanish super of the build that never does nothing but thinks he's top ----. Those four guards always do there job and always nice to the tanants but you know what i think i think they want us all to focus of what the security guards do so we don't focus on what they don't do to the build. Tip:Before moving here just do your home work and walk around the build to see if you would like to live there and you will be ok.
