The best in Newbrusnwick for the price

Well my lease is up this month and I would have to say that I have found two negative things about this apartment. The clothes washers suck and their is no visitor parking. However this you will find in any other complex in NewBrusnwick. Believe me I know.
The building looks scary from the outside but the apartments are spacious. Everytime I have company they can't believe how spacious, bright, ang gorgeous the living room is. The building and hallways are deceiving.Tha hallways are not remodeled but the cleaners do a great job at upkeeping them.
Two of these reviews have Trashed Sylvia(the building admistrator) but I would have to come to her defense. Sylvia has never given me any special treatments, however I understand why she has a stong personality. There is a share of ghetto, dirty, lying, bad mouthing residents in this building. Sylvia is just the right person to deal with these people. If you show her that you can talk like a human being, then she will treat you well. There is no ass kissing necessary just a bit of politenes. If you don't follow this simple rule she will let you know. She is like "Wendy Williams" you don't like what she says because it is not what you want to hear and gossiping, there is such thing in any job place. If you have a job you will know what I mean. I don't know about people in this building with section 8. I know that I don't and I see that most people go to work in the morning or in the evening. Mostof the residents are educated and polite. A good percentage of the residents are students, and others are hard working couples and families. I actually have a job and go to it durring the week perhaps that is why I don't notice the children durring the week. Some people spent to much time in this building. While others are the modern senior citizens.(senior citizens with a life)
I walk in and out of this building at night, and I know what weed smells and looks like. I have never seen the security guards smoking weed or away from their post. They are very attentive, polite, and responsive to the building and its matters . I recalled one day that there was some screeming out on the streets. I did not see any one other than the security guard come outside to see why there was screeming.
Your car will be towed if you don't park on the right spot. I take credit for calling the tow truck on some of the tenants and or their visitors when they park on my spot.
Overall it is going to be hard to find a new apartment like this when I relocate.
