Riverside Towers Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Generally speaking, the residents in the building are nice. Security at night is probably the only good thing about this building. They would walk out of their office/building to make sure you walk in ok from the parking lot. But, it is not possible to find a worse management/maintenance. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get them to fix anything, you literally have to keep going down to "beg" them to send you assistance for at least 10 times before it registers in their minds. Not to mention, the lady gives you a big attitude for it too. On top of that, the maintenance people practically ------- about you making them do their jobs!! I don't think they remember the fact that residents here pay for them to do their jobs and not to just sit around in the Air conditioned office to chat with the irresponsible manager. Once myself and a handicapped old lady was trapped outside of the building because they would never fix the entrance door, the 2 maintenance guys just chilled in the office while we were knocking on the door feverishly trying to get in and pretended that they didn't hear anything. I would so file a complaint about them if there's a source.
