I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. All temperatures are contralled centrally, so it is not uncommon to see people with doors and windows open when it is 30 degrees out because the heat is sooo hot. It is extremely noisy, you can hear all your neighbors, mine do def jam poetry at 4am, and there are cochroaches. Parking is a nightmare, I got towed from the lot despite living here because the lower lot is frequently overparked and they have no form of issuing parking permits to track people who shouldn't be parking there, which occurs frequently. There was also a series of gun shots in or near our parking lot one night, and I can assure you this is not a great neighborhood to live.

Some of the "hood" have made the lobbies and staircases here their hangouts and gathering places.There is an increase of gang presence here,and the place is becoming more dangerous.An increase in "subsidized" tenants has led to more undesirables hanging around.I thought that this place was to have gotten better after the projects were taken down a few years ago.Parents, think twice before you let your daughters move here despite its closeness to the college.An efficient and very agressive security detail and an increase of full paying tenants might turn this place around, but I doubt I will stay here long enough to see it.
