We have been here quite a while, and we have watched this place degenerate into public housing real fast.The halls and backstairs are permeated with reefer and I walked in on a very young couple (if not from the building then from the hood) doing it in the laundrey room at 7:00 p.m.. Some nasty kids from the neighborhood have lately made this place a hangout, and as a result many fine people are leaving asap. You can't contact the "security" by phone; you have you run into them somewhere in this 10 floor wide open building.It just seems that management must have loosened or drop the qualifications for residency, because it sure wasn't like this when we moved in.If you are thinking of moving in don't bother unless you have a thing for project living.The apartments are beautiful, but unfortunately some of the new neighbors are ruining it for everyone.And let's not even talk about the parking.....!

The body of a resident was found behind the dumpster strangled.Although he was supposedly killed elsewhere by his roommates, this tells you something of the caliber of some of the people they have let in here to fill up the apartments.Section 8's have flooded into here recently and good hardworking and professional people have poured out.Can you blame them?

I just moved into this apartment biulding four months ago and have had no problems. It has a very nice staff and all the neighbors have been very kind and helpfull there was even a young man that helped me bring in my bags and would not except a tip. i live in several diffrent apartments around the new brunswick area and this has been by far the most wonderful.

I am responding to Anonymous 6/4 comment. The "caliber" of people? Just because there are some people who need financial assistance (your reference to those on sec. 8) does not mean that they are below you. How about YOU try to live your life watching others around you with SO much while you have SO little. ALL your life you are surrounded by things you cannot afford to have and you are treated like a 2nd class citizen. Yeah yeah I know your cliched response "then why don't they get a job? wah wah wah" Please! Try to get a job when the schools you went to gave you an education that was subpar at best and THEN you are allowed to make judgements on people who are unfortunately without. Why don't you go take your "good hardworking professional" self go live at 1 Spring St. if you are drowning in people without money.
