The owner's try to make this property look nice, but the service sucks big time. only 1 parking space per unit. the BOGUS electricity, you pay per size of the unit. (ridiculous)between the dogs barking at all hours, the live Band practicing btw they stink!, and the wonderful drug dealers that reside and deal their drugs. you have your choice of what floors to buy your drugs from! on the first you 3 different dealer, one apt recently was almost murdered.
oh talking about murders, last summer a man was murdered and his body was dumped behind the building.
The building is like living in the projects somewhere in camden or newark, cant wait till my lease is up in a couple of months, one year is enough.
