I have had a pleasant experience living in this apartment building. It is well-kept, and there are a number of nice amenities (e.g., marble bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry rooms on every floor, fitness center). The location is extremely convenient -- it is a five minute walk to the New Brunswick train station, Johnson & Johnson's world headquarters and Rutgers University's College Avenue Campus. The building is also within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops and theaters.
