Not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   It's a really nice place if you have the bling bling. I lived there for 1.5 years. The place is built better than most of the places in NJ. But, that is not saying much. I didn't have any issues with bugs or anything of that nature. Only issue I had was with the management. GLADYS. She is very rude, she only cares about getting new tenants but does not give a rats azz about her current residents. The day of my move, I drove across the country for 15 hours and she didn't even have the keys ready for me. She actually made me wait for my keys while she stuffed her face with a salad. You really have to get on her case about what you need. If you have visitors, the parking is like finding a needle in a haystack. The traffic sucks in New Brunswick and the area has too many pot holes! Overall, it is a nice place if you have money to burn and keep in mind, it's NEW BRUNSWICK, and not NYC! There is no reason why the rent should be $1500 for one bedroom! Enough said!
