We actually have rented at the Palisades in Fort Lee, but our experience with this disgusting company has led us to write a review on any apartment building they lease. They are the worst, lowest of the low people in history - Jim Heineman is an ignorant idiot who should not be VP, but I don't believe his boss is any better. We have the waste deposit of some 30 apartments above us coming through our kitchen sink, and they refuse to do anything about it. When we said we would stop paying rent they threatened to evict us, and we have tried to talk to Mr Heineman over the phone so many times and he will not call us back. We are stuck in an apartment which has too many faults to mention and I would strongly recommend not leasing in any building run by this company or you could end up in the miserable situation we find ourselves in.

I may not have been in any of the Applied Company apartment buildings but I'm trying to get a fair assessment on buildings in this area. So if you wanna talk trash about your specific building, please do, but don't talk about places you've never been to. It messes it up for people like me trying to get a fair assessment. And judging by the other reviews no one has ever had to go above local management's head the way you have at this place, so your review is irrelevant eventhough you messed up the percentage by adding your little rant on here. Thanks
