High Electric Bill

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The electic bill is very high in this building. Last month, I was not home for over 10 days and the heater was off. For the rest of 20 days, only the living room heater was on, only at night.

I cannot believe that I was charged over $150... My apartment is very small one bedroom.
