I currently live here and am very pleased with Riverwatch.

Biggest pros are:
The building is fairly new so there are rarely maintenance problems
Great location
No bugs/pests
Quiet
Fitness room
New management staff, although sometimes hard to track down, is friendly

Cons:
Pricey for a small apartment (but worth it for not having to worry about the problems that older/cheaper places bring)
Parking difficult for guests
