Well, I liked living here, too, when I first moved in.

However, I found out very soon that the management does not do good job on managing it.

1. They do not keep the office schedule. They are never there 10 minutes before closing time and sometimes, close the office 1 or 2 hours early, without any notice in advance ever. I leave my work early just because I need to drop by at the management office and, boy, I have missed them 5 times of 6 just because they are not there when they are supposed to be there.

2. I have contacted Kim, the manager, 6 times so far and she would always tell me that she would call me back regarding the issue. However, I have never heard from her again.

3. Since there are so many people who are NOT happy with 8:00 AM breakfast issue, I think they should stop doing it and just lower the rent for God!/s Sake. Once, that issue was brought up while several people were waiting for the elevator and everyone agreed that probably management found a way to save their breakfast money by doing it.

4. This building is pretty new and it is regretful that they do not manage well. Cleaning crews throw out garbage but never clean the source of the horrible odor. I have lived in rental buildings over 10 yrs and this building is one of the expensive ones. The odor of the garbage chute is the worst ever. My last apartment was over 20 yrs old but it was not like this. Also check out the filters in the dryer in the laundry room.

It is too bad that I cannot talk to management about these issues because they are not ready to listen and resolve!&

The residents here at Riverwatch have never been happier! People like you ruin it for everyone else. That breakfast was a nice idea to TRY to do something nice but there is always someone who can find something to complain about even a "free lunch" so to say. Who says they should stop the breakfast? I enjoy it thank you very much! Are you dumb enough to think if they stop the breakfast they will lower all the rents? Get a life or move out if your so unhappy. Maybe the smell is coming from your apartment because mine does not smell like garbage.

NBrenter, what do you mean by "the residents here at Riverwatch"? In what way, do you represent the building? I do not agree with you,either. As I was reading the review, I agreed with most of it by experience. This website is for everyone who wants to voice their opinions by experience so I don't think you should take it so personally, whatever the reason is. It is almost horrifying to see that someone, who is involved in the builing in any way, write such a childish response. Can someone write more obvious and emotional response, showing that (s)he is NOT indeed the resident?
