Yes, this is a nice place. You never have any problems with bugs, the management takes your packages and they respond within reasonable time when you have a problem.

BUT: even though general things are ok, I think for the prices they are asking, the service is NOT sufficient.

Take an example: there is no parking for guests (unless they get to your apartment at 3pm). There are a two restaurants around the corner which take up all the street parking for their valet service. If you let your guest park on the premisses they get towed - even if they do not block anybody / don't take up anybody's parking spot.

Onother one: If you leave a message for the management - don't expect a return call...

Or: you can't open the windows properly. The buildings skew so they wont let the windows go up straight...

Bottom line: I think they are too expensive!
