I actually got my notice for the parking raise about 1 1/2 months before. I usually try to make it to the office on Wed or Thurs to pick up my packages because they are open until 7 and Im pretty sure they work on Saturdays too. The maintenance staff responds within a day if you call or e-mail one of the girls for a request. I have no complaints. I think its a great place.
