A gem in Middlesex Co.'s notoriously expensive rental marketplace. Riverwatch is priced competitively for a new construction building, and features spacious apartments luxuriously appointed with a parquet foyer, marble-tiled bathroom, and kitchen with new appliances. Building management and maintenance staff are responsive to requests. Office hours are frustratingly limited many days they close at 4:30 making picking up packages difficult for most with regular working schedules. Building has a well equipped gym and out-of unit storage facilities. Otherwise, amenities are limited: no pool, concierge service, pickup dry cleaning. My largest objection is that heat and air conditioning run out of obnoxiously large wall units. While this is an inefficient HVAC system more fit for an 1980s construction office building, the building is impressively insulated. I literally did not need to run my heater once in the winder. Overall, I would recommend anybody working in the vicinity to give Riverwatch a serious look. I am loving living here.
