i have been a tenant of this apartment building for almost two years now. when i first moved in, i was very disappointed with management however they are steadily improving in service. they have limited office hours, but do stay open later twice a week for you to pick up pacakges or talk to them. one qualm i have is that out of the blue they anounced that they are no longer accepting fedex pacges for an unknown reason and residents would have to pickup fedex packages directly from fedex locations if they need to be signed for. that was unreasonable considering they did not explain why they are not accepting fedex packages.

second of all, living here is nice.. but as a favor to anyone looking to move in this complex, look at the location of your apartment building at night! i live in a unit that is facing a street in which loud noises are heard at night and in the morning due to loud garbage and utility trucks roaming around. also make sure to note how thin the floors are .. i can hear every footstep of the folks living upstairs.

bottom line, ok apartment .. but rent an apartment on the highest floor not facing a busy street!
that would have spared me many sleepless night.. and weekdays around 5:30 AM when garbage trucks roll on by . Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
