I've lived here for six years, and I'm renewing my lease for a seventh year. It really is a lovely, convenient, attractive complex. The recent addition of a new manager in May has made a significant, positive impact. The marked professionalism and friendliness of Joe and Cristin in the office is a pleasure. They are smart and easy to work with. The building superintendents are friendly and helpful, and the overall environment is that of a tasteful, comfortable, happy place to live (I love the bay windows). This is the best it's been in all the time I've been here, and it's a real pleasure.

The pet policy is excellent, and you can have two pets, including large dogs, which is essential for some of us!

The buildings are lovely, and you are just a couple of blocks from downtown New Brunswick's great restaurants and theaters. Major highways are minutes away making it a very good, central location. There are also great parks just minutes away as well.

A must-see if you are looking for an apartment in the area.
