It's nice, but the NB traffic makes it bad

I have lived here for two years and one of my complaints is the office hours. They only hav two nights when they are open late and sometimes on those nights they are closed anyway.
The apartments only have one overhead light and the carpets are a light beige color which means that when you move out you will HAVE to pay for carpet damage. There is no way around it. NONE. I am of asian descent and in our culture we take our shoes off at the door but STILL our carpet shows wear. We vaccuum and even rented a commercial rug cleaner...still $700!!!
The walls are thin and saddly enough we live next door and below what sounds like frat boy vid-idiots who NEVER leave their place. ALL day long and louder at night we hear them screming and yelling at their TV at whatever great video game play they just did. Besides that, the apartment is clean and the tree lined streets make the place look like a nice place to live. I just wish that they had some sort of outdoor area to enjoy the spring weather.
But it is clean here. No roaches or mice so there is no complaint there. And when the office is open they are very helpful and they attend to whatever maintenance problems you have. The maintenace men are the best!! One time I was expecting a package and the office was closed. He happened to live across the hall from me and so I asked him to open the office so that I can get my package which he did!
