I've lived here for 7 months and I have to give this place a positive review. I have a single facing Dennis St., so route 18 noise is a non-issue. The restaurant Delta's can get a bit loud on Tuesdays and weekends, but it's usually just from about 11-12 am and infrequent. The staff is friendly and very accomadating. I pay monthly for an assigned spot that they gave me as close to the building as was available. I let visitors park there occationally and put my car in a parking deck located a block away that is free after 9 pm during the week, and free all weekend long.

My only regret is that the complex itself doesn't have a pool or outdoor benches in which to take in some sun. The gym is basic, but you can go at any hour in case insomnia hits. The locations of the trash shoot and laundry rooms make for a very short walk to do those chores. Overall, a very comfortable, convenient living. My reccomendation to prospective renters would be to make sure your window isn't overlooking route 18 and to shoot for a corner unit like I was lucky enough to get since I heard from other reviews that the walls are thin. I also reccomend living in the building with the gym in it (5 Dennis) for added convenience.
