This building is run by the maintenance people, who act like this is their personal home. If you are in the building whou have to call 2-3 time for them to come and try and fix something. They tell every lie they can so that you pay for new everything in the apartment and for them to take your deposit. STAY AWAY

this advice dos not talk about the area at all? By the chart it is apparntly noisey, but says nothing about hygene or saftey.
