I agree with both reviewers.

It is a great building very conveniently located, very safe, and quiet for the most part. The downside - the maintenance crew. They do behave like they like they own the place. The media room definitely belongs to their son and his friends, and it seems like no one else really has a say in the matter. The management is nice enough, but for anything to get done, it takes about 3-4 "requests".

Bottom line - great place to live in if everything in your apartment works right. If not, be prepared to cozy up to the right people so things get done for you.
