Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2004-01-01
I lived in Tov for 2.5 years and now can summarize how hard it sucked:
1. no maitainance; you are on you own
2. no control over noisy neighbors (reason for my move!)
3. old and dirty apartments (you can clean it all the time but it will stay dirty anyway)
4. overheated during winter
5. not the best neighborhood
6. they cut grass early (noise!!)
plus side:
1. relatively cheap
2. heat included
3. if your apt faces the forest, its kinda cool
