I lived there for 2 years - it was ok only because I was too busy to bother. Office & maintenance staff keeps changing, so service level fluctuates depending on the person there at that time. It's also very unsafe - my roomate got mugged walking out the back way!!
The laundry rooms are a joke, apartments are dingy and appliances are OLD and don't work properly. The only ok things were that there was always parking besides the one assigned spot we had - and the neighbors were quiet.
Finally, the management at Oxford realty is rude and completely unprofessional - they lost an original document submitted to them regarding our lease and then lost the replacement copy I gave them!!! It was a nightmare to explain to them that it was their fault!
You're better off in another place.
