I am a student at Rutgers and Tov Manor is a great place to live!Normal problems like,bad managment,not alot of parking on weekends,and can hear people next door.The plus side is one minute to public transportation,never had roaches,and can take a shower and never run out of hot water.I would recommend it to others.
