The dvelopement is fairly well kept except for the dumpster sometimes after the weekend and holidays. People from other areas throw beds, sofa etc sometimes. Maintenance people are a lot better these days.They are quick to fix the problems. The rental agent is very helpful and polite. I reommend Tov Manor.
