Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The headline tells it all. It sux. There have been rapes in this complex, cars being vandalized periodically, management is non-responsive, the walls and roof are so pathetic that every-bit of sound get through it. Extremely noisy. The occupants are mostly from lower income group.

Better to live in hell than living here.
