I have lived in Tov Manor before.
My experience: 1 yr.
Pricing: Cheap.(5/5)
Management(4.5/5): Good. I never had any problems with the apt./management.
Security(2.5/5): Bad. I hope now its getting better.
Laundry(0/5): Sucks. Needs a serious revamp.
Aesthetics(4/5): Its a nice, quiet place. I think you have to choose a nice place.
Location(4.5/5): Close to many important destinations. Route 18, Sears, Rutgers (cook douglas).
Parking(5/5): Best parking experience.
So, overall, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and compromising on your security, this is a wonderful place. The management is more or less the same everywhere.
