Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
Is no better than a housing project.Since 2005 the place has turn wild,there is garbage all over. At nigth all you can hear is all this getto people figthing,loud radios,a lot of drug activity,the place is real quiet at day time,but it turns over at nigth time.Maintenance sucks only 4 guys to take care of things so if something gets damage in your aparment it takes more than 3 days for them to go and fix it.I've seen projects better than this place.I can't waitfor my contract to expire to get out of this hell.
