ok if you are trying to save $$$ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   After reading the other reviews I had to write that the major complaints - the parking and the heat - are definately true. If you get home after 8pm it is difficult to find parking near your apartment. It is very hot in the winter but I guess that is better than no heat at all. There is little storage space but the room sizes are good. The paint job is horrific and after being here a year and a half the paint job they did right before I moved in is peeling. The neighbors are nice though and even though you can hear through the walls no one in my area seems to be too loud. If you are trying to save your money it is an ok place to live for a little while.
