not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   at first, you seem to believe that you're getting quite a deal - where else can you get an apartment for $820/month' BUT, be prepared for some problems, a major one being waterbugs. One week after moving in I saw something huge and black scurry across my floor - didn't know what it was. Turned out to be a mutant roach. I got my apartment fumigated three times (supposedly -they didn't leave any documentation the first two times) but to no avail. Unfortunately, the waterbugs won the war. In addition, parking is terrible, the apartments get way too hot, and maintenance is moody. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this is the place for you -otherwise spend an extra $150 and get a place that's worth the money.
