Shop around before you settle for Brookchester From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   You get what you pay for. The rent is one of the lowest in the area and the location cannot be beat. But you also get: *No way to regulate the heat in the winter. Most people have their ACs full blast. *Roaches. *Let me say it again...roaches. *Horrible snow removal.
