I've lived in the Colonnade for 3 years and have had no problems with the building or staff whatsoever. Residents are nice, I feel safe and it's in a very convenient location. The parking lot used to be dirty but no longer. I have an a-m-a-z-i-n-g view of Newark and NYC from my 20th floor floor-to-ceiling- windows! The building is 50 years old and I think it's in great shape considering. My few gripes would be that sometimes the parking lot gate is broken and I wish there were safe places to park for visitors.
