Inspite of this racist remark (from this looser who choose to remain unknow) about Puerto Ricans being loud. I agree with most of what they say about security being old but there are not any children running around. It's not as bad as this better person is making it out to be. Management is a little tuff because niggros will take advantage if it wasn't. I been living here since 2004 and only had one run in with management that was resolved right away. However keep to yourself and do not let anyone in your buisness because most of the black tenants there are extreemly nosey and will spead your buisness like cockroaches. I have not had problems with mice as of yet and the grounds are kept up daily. It's really quiet here I just wish there was more Puerto Ricans living here. One more thing the floors squeek so if you live under anyone beware. I've lived under this ------- name L. Butler and he is the worst neighbor ever. Plays his music very very loadly and stomps on the floor like a big ass kid when you report him to the police or security. Guess he feels cause he's about 60yrs old and have been living there for over 11 years he can do as he please. He's a lyer, cheater, short, bald nigro who walks with a limp thinking his young.(Got Gerital) He plays in a band and acts arrogantly because he feels he's accomplish something' whatever, accomplish buying yourself a home, cause you way to old to be living in a one bedroom apartment scewing a woman you cheated on your pour wife with when she was alive and very sick on her death bed.(bless her soul) Less than 2 weeks after she passed he was scewing his mistress waking me up 11pm-3am sometime 5 in the moring. To think I felt sorry for this guy.

Who is racist here? You or them? Did you actually think before you began to write? Maybe you should consider Summer Avenue. There are more Puerto Ricans there, that way and you can blast Jennifer Lopez all day if you want, without anybody saying a word. If Summer Avenue is too far, try Lincoln Avenue or Grafton Avenue. They will welcome your loud ass with open arms.
