I don't live in these apartments but passed by last week to take a look at a two bedroom unit. I was just basically looking for something that was affordable and semi nice, well at least my own apartment. The outside of the building needs a little maintenance but that has nothing to do with the conditions of the apartments. Unfortunately the office was closed because I went on the weekend but my husband took a look at the apartment and he thought it was fine. It wasn't very luxorious, and I wouldn't expect it to be but he stated it was spacious and comfortable and the condition of the apartment was nice including the fact that all utilities are paid. I think that we should all be grown up in theses situations. All the comments left here seem to be based upon very racist opinions and I think that it is overrated. We all have heard of all the stereo types of different cultures and ethnics and it isn't anything new but that doesnt apply to everyone. Just because the area is populated with --------- and non working people that doesnt make them criminals or bad people. Most --------- are very friendly, welcoming and stick together. I am a hispanic female myself and a very hard working one too and it just sounds all to ignorant to me. If you dont like the idea of living in an urban and diversely populated neighborhood or town then you shouldnt be considering newark in the first place. My husband is ------- American and we get along very well, I don't think highly about any race and I don't discriminate. Yes every one has there own personality and traits and you should try to get to know someone before you judge because that loud, non working hispanic or ------- american person might be the nicest person you have ever met or might help you out a situation in which you are in need and no one else will. We need to stick together and stop taking things to seriously, Have a problem' Address it nicely, try to work it out instead of jumping into racist streotype remarks and not resolving it. Regardless of the whole situation I dont know the facts but I think this website is not about the mt prospect tower gossip, its about commenting on the apartment for those interested in moving in. looking at these remarks will defintely scare any one away and that is a shame because im pretty sure its not that serious!
