GHETTO''' WOW' And you are a resident in the "ghetto"' How interesting. From what I've experienced so far with being a resident in the "ghetto" is nothing but pure professionalism in a CLASS A, luxury high-rise apartment building, located in Downtown Newark. I don't think I would spend my hard earned money to live in the "ghetto"!! As for the amenities in the building; the "ghetto" bowling alley that has ceiling fixtures that would probably cost me one month's rent, is awesome! The bowling alley usage is by reservation only. There is a limit to use of time and lanes. If you sign up and try it you would have known this before posting about the 20 kids. Secondly, the gym is beyond what you would expect in the "ghetto". I will not continue to respond to this person's nonsense; however, I will say one thing...THIS BUILDING IS NOT IN ANYWAY GHETTO!!! As a matter of fact, can you have the anonymous explain what a Ghetto bowling alley consist of since they seem to be so well experienced with such'' Where did SHE reside before Eleven80'

As far as the staff, again, you can not and will not get a Concierge, Valet Parking, etc., in Newark or the surrounding areas in NJ for that matter. I love the fact when I leave my resident someone is there to greet me and say good morning". Or when I come in from WORK, someone is there to greet me and carry my bags, hand me my mail, laundry, dry cleaning, etc.
Not to mention, whenever my family come to visit they feel as though they are a resident too.

The Resident Manager makes me feel as though I'm the only one he has to take care of at times. He's just as human as the rest of us, but he does take care of this building as far as I can see.

We have enough security around the clock just as we had when I resided in a luxury high rise apartment building in Manhattan. It's comes with the territory!!

I recommend that anyone that is interested come to see it for you!!
