PRO: The inside of the building is absolutely gorgeous and luxury.
Everything is new and the room is spacious with high ceiling.
Close to Pen station.
Staffs are friendly ( I like Eric! ), except the RM.....
Maintenance is prompt. Steve is a professional one!
They have pretty good Bowling alley, Sauna and GYM. I love the GYM!!!

CON: I hate the parking service. Most of the time, it is quite difficult to find a place to pull over your car so that you can not transfer your car to the valet smoothly. Additionally, it is hard to unload your groceries near the gate of the building, especially in rush hours. To be frankly, this service is quite troublesome.....The lady who is in charge of the service in the building is very nice, though!

A lot of noise outside......a bunch of ambulances are driving around that can make you crazy!!!!

Endless fire alarm tests....

I don t wanna talk about the neighborhood....you'd better take a look at yourself....
