This place is way over-priced for Newark and it is not half of advertised. The alarm testing have finally stopped but it was driving my pets crazy. Why almost a year after tenants moved in were they still testing the alarm' And yes reviewers here are right the staff is nice, but USELESS. They smile at you and then do nothing. Juan, the general manager is the worse. He call you sir/ma am promises to follow up on things and then do nothing, the same goes for Steve. They will yes you to death. But that is all you ll get.
One more thing why is it that over a year after tenants moved in the building looks like a construction site' You have contraction workers up and down thet building. Why is it that two out of the four elevators are permanently (24hours&7days) taken by the staff and contractors' This means that during peak time you have to wait for the elevators 5-10 minutes. You may think that is not a lot, but when you have to go to work you don t want to spend that time waiting on an elevator.

I've found that this is the most responsive maintenance crew of any building I've been in. Yes, construction is ongoing and the elevator thing is a problem (though the third elevator appears to be in service from time to time), but waiting 5-10 mins for the elevator is an exaggeration. I've waited that long perhaps once in months.

I agree, sometimes the elevator does take a while (5-10 min.). I have had to call the front desk to see what was going on. Sometimes there is no one there to assist you and your call goes into voicemail. By the way, have you heard the building's voicemail -- you would think that you've dialed the wrong number -- a 2 year old could have setup a better (professional) greeting. If you don't believe it, call and listen.
