Overpriced, they tell you gas is included and conveniently forget to tell you it's electric heat. If you have a car, be prepared to spend about $160 mo. for parking. Another thing that was truly absurd....you need to manually empty the water in the washing machines. The apartments are spacious, but Newark is not a safe place to live, believe me I LIVED THERE! You are a prisoner in your own apartment especially after the sun goes down. So ask yourself that question before you sign the lease. Would you want to be a prisoner in your apartment and empty the water manually from your washing machine'!!.......There are much better options available.

Hey, It's an awesome building and it's really cheap considering all the things they provide. I'm pretty sure that this petulant person that wrote this is A)cheap B)LAZY and C)No longer living there...Thank GOD.
