I had a complaint regarding several issues including cockroaches the size of my a golf ball. While the management provided pest control services the problem still exists. Management needs people skill improvements and new staff (the leasing consultants have serious attitude problems). To top it all off there is a clause in the lease prohibiting pets but yet I have neighbors that have cats and dogs in their apartments. I had a problem with a neighbor and called the office around 6 times and after I threatneded with court proceedings they decided to act. We even have a bunch of annoying cats in the parking lot that sleep on top of cars and my car stinks in the morning from the cat urination. I have only been here for a couple of months and DO NOT PLAN TO RENEW MY LEASE.
SO BEWARE AND DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!! AS THIS PLACE SUCKS AS WELL AS THE MANAGEMENT!!!!
