If you are sensitive to noise and are a light sleeper, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The walls are extremely thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in all of the apartments around you. Management has a poor way of handling noise complaints and do not consider the construction factor of the walls, which in essence is uncontrollable. They do not verify the complaint and just assume that the accused are guilty.

And God forbid your rent isn't paid by the 5th of the month, you'll get a summons from Superior Court in Newark inviting you to your eviction hearing on the 6th. And their mailing system for paying the rent SUCKS and they try to make you pay over 100 dollars in court fees and you never even went to court. And the whole time the rent is lost in the mail somewhere and not even your fault. Despite the demand for reforms on collecting the monthly rent to replace their mailing system, they refuse.

Buy a house instead of moving in here. You'll be better off and can have sex without making your neighbors jealous and having them knock on your door asking if they can join in.

Requests for roaches to pay their share of the rent is in the works but they don't have income. Eviction notices should be sent to them instead.

Leasing consultants need to be consulted on their attitude problems and custom service skills. They seem to be annoyed when asked to perform thei job function and never smile.
