I lived in Forest Hill apartments for almost 4 years. Its a great place to live if you like giant flying roaches. Mice are another one of the benifits to living in the wonderful Forest Hill apartments. I think I had more creatures in my apartment then we had in the park across the street. By first glance you would think this apartment building was a nice place to live. Dont be fooled. Also when you move into the complex you are told you have 24 hour security. Dont count on it. What you can count on is waking up to broken car windows regularly or your car just missing all together. This happend to me 3 times and to my neighbors countles times. Dont bother calling the police they won't come. this is a daily occurance in Forest Hill and they are uninterested to say the least. Don't expect the office staff to accomidate you in anyway either. Once the complaints start all they can tell you is that you signed a contract. I dont remember anything on the lease mentioning anything that I expierenced. Anyway I just broke my lease and paid all kinds of penalties to do so. But my safety and health are far more important to me then a lease aggreement.
