The apartment complex has gone down hill in recent months. Security is nonexistent, with break-ins and theft a regular occurence. Mail is delivered on a less regular basis than the pony express. Other problems emerging with the fall of 2001 include cockroach and insect infestation that is not affected by the provided extermination, they simply move on to another apartment. The management is unbelievably inept and maintainence, assuming they appear at all, have no more education about repairs than the average teenager. Paperwork is lost constantly and extremely inconvenient demands are made of tenants for simply arrangements such as parking. These apartments are acceptable in a pinch or for hearty students, but not as homes.
