It looks like a nice area, but it's not. That is the only thing I give the managment company credit for. Keeping up the outside appearance.

This apartment complex lacks many things such as security. My car was broken into twice, stolen and stripped. Both times it was parked in the building's parking lot. The security they have is an old guy with a flash light who never gets out of the car. So no one saw anything.

If you have a maintenance issue and give a call to the rental office, the maintenace either don't show up or don't do the job correctly. They tell you that they need to come back and ask whether if your going to be home, if you say yes, they don't show. They always try to come on a day which you are not home.
I have seen with my own eyes the maintenance staff go into someone's apartment without them knowing. I asked my neighbor when he got home and he had no idea.

Recently the apartment complex has allowed pets. The previous manager stated that it was ok. So they gave everyone with pets a hard time, trying to tell them they had to get rid of them. A month later the issue was resolved by them trying to extort $300 for having a pet. I reported this to the owners "Kamson" and mysteriously the pet fee has disappeared.

I am trying to move out of here ASAP.
