I went ahead and viewed these apartments only because i saw many advertisments. I can't say that I was impressed! Yes it's close to transportation and all........but it's very small! It's like living in a room! And the building across the street looks like a shelter of some sort. They are way better buildings in the City of Newark for around the same price. And trust me you will end up having too much room on your hands!I recommend taking the 108 bus so you can get a better idea! (hint hint!)

Do you mean the Colonade? Yeah, the building is nicer but the area is far worse. And you do have to get into the building.
