This is the worst place I have ever lived!Ugly,smelly,dirty!Yes,it's a cheap and that's the reason why is it like that.So I'd better pay a little more then stay in something like that.
Roaches are everywhere and there is no way to get rid of them!We've also had a bedbugs.That was also a very "nice" experience to have them.There is always something that needs to be fixed in your apt because these buildings are old.
Loundry room is very dirty.They don't clean in very often and not all wash machines always work when you need them.Sometimes you don't even know that they don't work because there is no sign and you'll find out after you have already add you money in there and of course you wont get them back.
The whole area is ugly.People wierd.Park area and playground is dirty as well.Don't like to play there with my child.If you want to be content and live a nice life go live somewhere else because I do NOT recommend Ivy Hill Apartments!
