I live at 402 Mount Prospect Avenue. The building is o.k. Mainteance takes forever to fix something in your apartment. The apartment is spacious and the view is nice. Your rent includes heat, air( which is a little ghetto) and electricity, and there is alway dog doo-doo in the grass when parking, and Mark (mangement) doesn't really care about anything, but other than that the building is pretty nice.
