Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived in 402 for 13 months. The view was great. That is the end of the pleasantries. Maintenance was crap. Had to walk to my floor at least 10 times this summer (half an elevator working and the other down at least 6 months. They are slow to return deposit. Raised the rent above legal limit (included parking). working on the lobby over a year. They just painted over crap.
