DON'T BE SUCKED IN BY THE KAMSON MANAGING CORP.
BECAUSE THEY DON'T MANAGE THESE BUILDINGS AS WELL AS THEY DO THEIR OTHER BUILDINGS.
LETS START WITH MANAGEMENT, WHERE DO THEY FIND THESE PEOPLE' MITCHELL IS WHAT'S LEFT OF JENNY'S MAKEOVER, SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL SHE'S DOING AND WHO WANTS TO LOOK AT HER.
NO ONE CAN DO A BETTER JOB THAN SHAKIRA, SHE WAS A ----- AT TIMES, BUT THE JOB GOT DONE.
MAINTANENCE SUCKS, LET'S NOT EVEN GET INTO THE UNWELCOME GUEST, THE BUGS!!!!! KAMSON HAS DONE A HORRIBLE JOB MANAGING THESE BUILDING, BUT WHAT DO THEY CARE, THEY HAVE AN OUTSTANDING REPUTATION, I GUEST THERE GHETTO RESIDENTS DON'T DESERVE TO LIVE RIGHT.
SECURITY IS A JOKE, I GUESS THEY STAND THEIR POST WHEN THEY AIN'T IN THE APARTMENTS SCREWING THE RESIDENTS.

B 2117, IS A KNOWN SAFE HAVEN FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE, IT'S ONLY A ONE BEDROOM APT.
SO, IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE HOMELESS TELL THEM TO GO SPEAK WITH CYNTHIA...

I too was a resident at the Pavilion for 3 years. In reading your blog I agree with a lot of things you have said, especially about B2117. I agree with the major overhaul that is needed to clean up that property. However I had a lot of run-ins with Michele myself and I disagree. I think she was very approachable. A kind, dedicated individual who gives 100% every day on the job. Add to that not to get of topic very attractive. I got an idea, If she was so undesirable to look at, then why keep coming into the office. Not that it matters at all about living there, but why so interested in security guards screwing residents? Does someone need a dog? Jealous are we?
