I have NEVER in my life lived in such a HELL hold of a place.

I have had BEDBUGS for almost a year.

I have complained to management and got no results from them.

Finally, I called the Newark Health Department to help resolve the issue.

The apartments are infested with roaches and mice.

During the winter, the heat does not exist in the apartments.

Management turns it down so low that you can't even feel it at all.

It has a beautiful view and easy access to downtown Newark/NJ Transit.

However, management is horrible and they will lie to you about getting things done in a timely matter.

Of course, they NEVER do! MICHELLE is a joke! I mean how did she get her job.

She will lie to you so fast and won't even crack a smile! I would definitely NOT move into these apartments.

I would not wish my experience there on my WORST enemy.

Oh poor little baby, never got a smile. Are you kidding me? You probably brought bedbugs to your apartment.

I am a former resident on Pavilion (2002-2008), and Michele Clavijo was very helpful on every thing I requested. I had bedbag in my studio. I talked with Michele and she sent exterminator several times to service my apartment. Management took further action and investigated the source of bedbag and my next door neighbor was the source who infested upstairs, downstairs and sides apartments. I do not know the details, but the neigbour was moved out the building and management sent exterminator to service once again all infected apartments. Since my neigbour moved out, my bedbad nightmare was over. Thanks Michele and management for your help.
